Your Guitar Straps

Recommended Posts

One of my favorites is this Gibson leather, but they are way too expensive to have several of. I have one of the expensive Gibson padded straps too, gut it’s the worst and most expensive strap I own.

I also have several italia straps.

And I like the Ace reissue straps as well.

Love this one...

I have a few straps but for my Les Paul I did buy a Heistercamp strap, (also use it with my Epi Wildkat) yes, I was the one that posted about them. I want another for my Explorer one day.

Excellent materials, design and workmanship.

That reminds me. I need another strap for the Switch guitar (Though I may have a spare or two?).

I use Levys, Planet Waves, Lock it and a bunch of others I cant recall who made them.

Strap pin screws: I had the neck replaced on my PRS CE24 RC under warranty recently. Guitar came back last week. I re-attached the strap yesterday and the screws (yes I had had to remove them) are about 1.25" (3m) long! (SE guitar screws are only half that long). Those screws are never going to fail.

Bloody Hell! 3m long! That's overkill if ever I've seen it!

I would love to have the Gibson Austin strap. I love the look and I love that style. It is pricey so I think I'll ask the wife if she would get it for me for Christmas.

This is a great strap! I have this one and it is very comfortable on the shoulder - especially if you're harboring a LP around on stage or practicing. I bought this one with my LP Custom Shop where I worked it into a deal with the guitar. Overall, great buy IMHO. Can't say enough how much I like it. And this is one Gibson product you don't have to worry about static pops and buzzes ruining your day - hopefully...
