PMC Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 This is the next LP I want to buy. Anyone heard if Gibson is going to discontinue these? Is anther price hike coming soon? If they do discontinue them can you still order one as a custom? My fear is since I wont be able to purchase one until 4 to 6 months from now they will be gone and not avaliable anymore. Their stock just doesn't disappear when guitars are discontinued. I still see Classics and pre-'08 standards at Guitar Center, Sweetwater, & First Quality Music to name a few. Good hunting. Didn't change the pups but I did put nickel covers on them. I will take better pictures of it if and when the sun ever decides to come out again here in Michigan.
