Les Paul Black Beauty Identification

I bought a guitar 6 years ago from a business cohort. He told me this was a late 1960's guitar but I was not able to identify it by the serial number. Notice, the headstock has been repaired or replaced, I'm not sure. The links are to my public dropbox folder which includes several close up photos. Any help identifying this guitar would be most helpful.

Well, I'm not the instrument ID expert here by any means. But, first off, that's not a Black Beauty Custom. It looks like a Nashville bridge which I don't think came along until the mid 70's. Not sure about anything else.
