YTJeffsy Posted December 1, 2018 Share Posted December 1, 2018 Hello Everyone, I am looking at a Les Paul Standard. I have seen one for $325 with a peavy amp and a gator case. The guitar is in fantastic condition but I have a couple of questions. What is the guitar worth roughly for that age but excellent condition? Also do they now have coil tapping? Or have they always had it, I ask because this one doesn’t have it. Also I read somewhere about fakes, the Epiphone font on the head stock, had the h directly inder the middle of the v in the headstock, I read it should be slightly offset to the right and that this can be a sign of a fake.
