BluesKing777
I have been asked a few times for some good refs.... Here is the intro to David Hamburger's "Fingerstyle Blues Factory"....great stuff, hard but all explained and played slow and fast and backwards (no affiliation, wish I did!): And also his "Fingerstyle Blues Handbook: BluesKing777.
zombywoof
Learning blues from a book. Who would have thunk it. When I started out the only way to learn was to listen and ask a lot of questions of every player you ran across. But these kind of lessons are great places to steal some ideas. And one of these days I will head out to Jorma's Fur Peace ranch. Yes I will.
BluesKing777
Not a book in sight, Zombi.... You download the lessons, watch the tune played close, then really slow, and pulled to bits depending on the parts. There are PDFs to print if you want. (I print them and use them as a reference, but the idea is to listen, watch, play, similar to a real teacher in front of you....) BluesKing777. uncle fester
seems like a pretty good package BK... I'll put a note in to Santa (the wife) and see if it shows up in my stocking (on my credit card bill) for Christmas.

BluesKing777
Good for the holiday blues learning program - don't come back till ya can play em all.. (hmm, that could be quite a while - they are accurate and hard and to be done slowly over the next err..long time. But they have the goods). BluesKing777.
