gdecantoo
There are users and there are abusers. Knowing where to draw the line between the two is harder for some than others. No ones lines are the same. (some have bigger noses!) Dub, you can use my truck!

jaxson50
During WWII the government paid farmers in Iowa and Nebraska to plant hemp and lots of it.The US Navy alone required enormous amounts of hemp rope, which is superior in every measure than all alternatives. As late as the 1970s there were still thousands of acres of abandoned hemp fields in the Midwest. Californiaman
During the Colonial period here in the US, New England farmers were required to grow one tablespoon of hemp seeds for the shipping industry. It was a law and needed for rope to be used on the ships.
saturn
Not sure about hemp, but the cannabis industry is getting into full swing in Maryland. Our band is even playing the Highrish Festival on St Patrick's Day.
