I'm collecting a new guitar tomorrow. The seller has this for sale too. If anyone is interested pm me. He has various other guitars too. He's selling for a widow.

Holy crap dude! That is a serious guitar buy right there.

Good luck with it!

I'm not buying that. Check my other post for what I'm buying. The seller has some lovely stuff for sale including a mint John Mayer Strat.

Oh good! My bad for not comprehending all the words!

I'm glad for you. Doublenecks are really a burden more than anything, but I hope they sell it to someone that can use it for a while.

Or Don Felder's.

hmm,, he had a white one too? don't recall. Not a huge Eagles fan, (not that I don't like em, just don't follow them much these days)

That thing has to be over 25lbs.

Doesn't matter if it's 2 pounds, it's just very difficult to stand there playing one. We all wanted one until we tried one.

Yes, there were quite a number of doubleneck players, but -- at least to me -- it was Jimmy Page that first made doublenecks soooo other worldly and cool. Any one remember this poster??

Then just behind him was -- of course -- Alex and Geddy:

I bet that bass was heavy.

No one plays a double neck guitar because they want to. You play one because you have to!

That being said, that is one GORGEOUS EDS1275. I would love to have one in my collection

and I will probably someday.
