EVH frankenstein in the bridge (actually made by victor frankenstein himself) stock pick ups for middle and neck 500k pots .022 cap tremol-no copper shielding (mined from the depth of the earth's core) LSR roller nut fender staggered locking tuners deleted one tone and moved the volume knob plays frickin awesome. (it will remind you of guy clark's "the guitar") sounds so good, when you play it, golden honey-sunshine spills playfully from your speaker, and envelops you in a sound so rich, so articulate, that anyone who hears it is immediately transported to shangri-la, where you are greeted by the bhodivista, and worshipped by naked women who all look like taylor momsen + 25 lbs. when you crank the gain however, things get really scary. you'll hear the sound of a millsaw, if it was powered by nuclear bombs. single note bends wail in such a way that cerebus itself begins to cry out in blissful agony. after playing it for 20 minutes, satan appeared and offered me HIS soul in exchange. of course i said no. let that *****-*** get his own BAT STRAT Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I really like those LSR roller nuts a lot. My (non-Custom Chop) Jeff Beck Strat has one of those too. Mine does not have any string trees on it as that is how it comes. No problem if you do have these, but ever considered taking them off? Not that it takes away from the sweet look of your Bat-Strat, but just food for thought... I mean, if your strings aren't getting caught up on them when you do Trem pulls/dives, then no biggie. I almost think mine looks sort of naked without them as you expect to have them on the headstock.
