generaldreedle
Sound great on the Southern Jumbo. Actually I've tried the pyramids, Martin retros, and a few others and they all sound good (I just have a good guitar 😉), but these may be the best. They strike the right balance it seems.  I do like experimenting, any other suggestions?
uncle fester
Vanilla and readily available for me... d'addario pbs (I get the 12 / 54s, but just begun swapping out the 12 for a 13)
jedzep
They're fairly similar to Dunlop 80/20's, maybe more jangly by a touch, which are my go-to strings. If you buy 3 or more from Sweetwater you'll get the price down to like $3.79/ set and free ship. Can't beat 'em on my old gits.
Leonard McCoy
For me, it's either these or none these days: Â
Hall
I do like experimenting, any other suggestions? Â I don't get into the string debate too often, but since you asked for suggestions. Try, Straight Up Strings sometime. They have just about won me away from John Pearse and Pyramid as well.
