Pacman84
Hi guys! So apparently I can't post pictures in this forum so I'll try to describe a bass that I bought but need some background information about. It's a tobacco burst 5 string Les Paul bass with a torch-like symbol on the head stock. It doesn't have "real" humbuckers but rather "dual rail" pickups. It's gut a chicken head 5 position switch that can do all kind of crazy pickup modes, I think even single coil operation is possible. Does anybody have information about this bass? Is this a valuable instrument? It surely is a well built bass from what I can tell. Thanks in advance, -pac

Pacman84
Thanks for that link! Wish it had some more background information. But at least that 5 way switch got explained. -pac
RobinTheHood
I'm pretty sure these are from the 1990s, also. But thats all i really know about them.
Pacman84
Really? Now that's interesting. The seller told me it was made around 2000. I'd really like to find out when it was made. I can probably use the serial number for that though. -pac
RobinTheHood
It could be 2000. It looks like they made the LP bass from the late 90's to the mid 2000s
