Ole Hawk Posted March 22, 2019 Share Posted March 22, 2019 Hi Folks I have a question that I can't get an answer from. Gibson is almost immposible to talk to. I keep trying to contact Gibson Repair and restoration, no luck. I call and get a greeting and told to enter extention which is 2284 enter it and I get a woman's computer voice saying Extention not found? Twang Gang Posted March 22, 2019 Share Posted March 22, 2019 Most of those automated answer systems, if you just press zero instead of some extension number you will eventually get to an operator. Probably not the person that can solve a restoration problem, but maybe can steer you in the right direction. I ordered a pickup from them not long ago (couple months) and had a question about it fitting and was able to get the answer I needed through the "chat" function on the Gibson store section of their website.
