kissarmy1
Who makes Gibson's guitar picks. I use the black pick's and they stick to my finger and thumb real well. I prefer white pick's the Dunlop white celluloid pick's slide out of my finger and thumb.

sparquelito
According to a fellow at a Grand Prairie, Texas guitar shop I met a couple years ago, they were made in Korea until the 2000's, and now they are made in China. I hear that the earliest ones were made in the US, and then Japan. But I can't confirm that. Amazon or Sweetwater have the best deals on them. I'm ordering some Gibson Standard Mediums and Thins. (I have no use for the Heavy ones whatsoever.) :(
bigtim
I used to play the black heart shaped ones now those are no longer made and go for 20 bucks a piece on eBay....I want those again
merciful-evans
I used these for maybe 30 years. The only problem was the gauge varied by a few thou. So I needed a both M and H sizes. They always sounded pretty good and better than most. I liked these triple points best. With Amazon UK we can still get a tin of 12 in whatever size you want. Murph
My picks have gotten thicker since going all acoustic many years ago. I'm using 1.0 Wegens and Bluechip 40s. I'd try a Gibson heavy if I bumped into some.
LarryUK
I use those heavy picks. There are other makes on eBay that do the same and the Fender ones that look like tortoise shell are good too.
merciful-evans
I only use fat picks for electrics now. My regular pick is 5.85mm (.23" inch) thick The sharp points are vital too.
gruffydd3
Gibson makes white celluloid picks. They sell them on their website.
merciful-evans
You get down to business with that. It's a pick and a karate throwing triangle. Apparently Trotsky was assassinated by a psycho wielding ice pick.
