How to get answers on Product questions

It seems Customer Service either doesn't read the emails sent via Talk 2 Us or just doesn't care enough to reply. Are there any forums that maybe Customer Service monitors that maybe we could use to ask questions? Any other way to get in touch about issues with our instruments?


FWIW, my questions are directed to Epiphone (maybe that explains it? [unsure])
