Mike H Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 It seems Customer Service either doesn't read the emails sent via Talk 2 Us or just doesn't care enough to reply. Are there any forums that maybe Customer Service monitors that maybe we could use to ask questions? Any other way to get in touch about issues with our instruments? FWIW, my questions are directed to Epiphone (maybe that explains it? )
Twang Gang Posted April 24, 2019 Posted April 24, 2019 You can post your questions on the Epiphone forum on this site. They won't necessarily be answered directly by Epiphone, but there are many players that have been using the instruments for many years that may have the answers you seek.
