Does the Riviera P93 have a dual truss rod???

Hey guys, hows it going today?  Dobt know if anybody's had this happen to them, but I just picked up an Epiphone Riviera P93 and since ive gotten it, ive had constant issues.  I didnt mind the Bigsby, but since I'm not really a fan of them, I removed it and installed a Gibson trapeze tailpiece instead, but even before that, the strings would constantly go out of tune, and ive gone through 4 sets of strings, with re-tuning and intonation each time.  The problem consisted even after the tailpiece got put on.  I'm sure it's the nut catching the strings but not positive yet.  The strings still buzz like crazy, no matter what height I adjust the action to and I believe the neck is developing an up-bow, but when I tried to tighten the neck to reduce relief(this is tightening by turning the wrench to the right looking down the neck from the headstock), it loosens, and turning it to left tightens.  I'm really baffled by this but maybe there's something I'm clueless about. I dont think these things come with a 2 way truss rod but ive got no real answer for it.  Its gotten so frustrating that I'm about to either send it to a tech or put the Bigsby back on and send it back altogether.  Hope somebody can shed some light on this madness.  Thanks again!

Loosen the truss rod all the way. Then keep going. If it starts to tighten back up, then it's a two way truss rod. If the nut falls out,  then its not.
