G Force tuners

Good afternoon,  I recently purchased a 2016 Les Paul Studio, a beautiful guitar. It came with the G Force tuners that I can’t seem to get working properly. The low E string tunes down to D when I’m trying for standard tuning.  I end up turning it off and tuning manually.  Does anyone else have this problem? I’d hate to take the tuner off and replace it.  Any advice? I’d love to hear what others have done

I have a 2008 Robot. It has a similar problem.  I manually tuned it to standard tuning and then saved that as an alt tuning. Still working great and just a coupla battery replacements.
