Epiphone P5E repair electronics

You can probably obtain a part from the pickup’s manufacturer if you can identify its manufacturer.   You can also probably call Epiphone’s Customer Service to identify the pickup’s manufacturer for your guitar’s model.  Or, maybe someone on this forum might know the pickup manufacturer’s name.  All of this is provided that the pickup is the one Epi put into it.   If you bought your guitar brand new,  it might be covered under Epiphone ‘s new guitar warrantee.

Another option is to have a totally new pickup system installed.  Others can provide recommendations on which one.  I personally use a Rare Earth Humbucker sound hole pickup on all of my flat top guitars, not installed, but with rather with the cord dangling from the sound hole.  That way I can move the pickup to different flattop guitars of mine.  I know some players on the Gibson site, speak highly of K&K soundhole pickup’s.

Hope this helps.
