Danger Dan
I have a beautiful Epiphone Traditional Pro III Gold top that I really like. It has Mahogany open grain body & neck. While I now own 44 guitars, I do not know how to best take care of & preserve this wood. Please, any suggestions would be appreciated. I am not talking about wiping with a damp cloth... I mean things like pledge furniture polish or maybe true oil. I am a serious guitar collector with a temperature & humidity controlled room for my guitars. I use carnauba wax for my gloss finishes and that has served me well, over the years. Obviously I would not put that on an open grain wood... Please help, Dan
brad1
I don't do anything but dust 'em off every once and a while. I see no need to "preserve" them. They will be around much longer than I will. I'm more interested in preserving ME!!😁
