DoubleSixx
Lmfao, I was just going to quote that same line. He should a least have a best offer on the auction.
matiac
Ah, it'd be worth it if he knocked about a thousand bucks off it, and even eight hundreds a stretch, 'course that can be fixed, busted pegheads are pretty common in Gibsons from what I understand...I'll give 'im 500. harmonicchaos
what is that guy smoking?! i wouldn't buy it. i'm 14 and any money i get is precious and too be used on a fully functional gibson with no problems. i don't mind heavily used stuff but it has too sound good and play well. the average playability and the pricing is pretty funny though... rjay777
Ridiculous! I never understood why people auction off guitars with damaged necks. Even with a pro repair on this LP, I wouldn't pay that kinda money. ;)
FennRx
im not even sure thats real. the headstock looks off to me ( ie the dot above the i in Gibson seems higher than on my LPs) and there are no pics of serial number. and for a Standard, the top seems kinda plain. but im no expert i just sent him an email about getting pics of the serial number. we shall see. Flight959
The headstock looks correct. Like to see what sort of money this stroker would be asking if the headstock wasn't broken!! Oh please!
Zaphod B
Oh, I'd say it's in "average" condition, all right. For something that's been run over by a truck. I might give him $500 if I could verify that's it's even a Gibson.

Thundergod
please excuse my french, but what the **** was he doing with that guitar? and 1800? "average condition" then what kind of junk would he reffer to as "bad"?
DuaLeaD
*Weaps for the soul of this poor, neglected Les Paul* It deserved a better fate than that. On a funnier note.... Get that poor guitar a neck brace!! ER stat!! PS: I had to go back and edit my reply just to say, I LOVE how the Customer Care Guide pic is right next to the broken neck pic!! ROFL!! Lmfao, good point. Don't forget the truss rod tool. Gibson can market this as the flip headstock with instant access to the truss rod.
