Question about SG Head Stock Stamp

I was looking at a guitar online.  It is a 2016 SG Special.   I noticed on the back there is a box around the "Made in USA" stamp.  You can see it in the photo I attached.  It almost looked as if it is raised slightly under the paint.   I asked the owner about it, and he said it wasn't raised.   It kind of made me question the guitar because I have never seen that before on any of my other Gibson guitars.  Including ones with a similar satin black finish.   Is that just from the stamp pressing a little harder than usual?  You can also see a faint line next to the first serial number which makes me think that might be the case.   The rest of the guitar looks just fine.  Has anyone ever seen that before?

The serial number looks raised too. I never seen this before. Usually Gibson stamps it then paints over it which make it a bit harder to read.

I saw the sale on eBay and the guitar looks great.

I don't think it is raised.  I think it is just a box around it.  I agree with the earlier post -- someone was just leaning too much into it.
