NeoConMan
When I'm President, we're gonna go on Daylight Saving Time one more time - and STAY on it! Same as WWII when it was called War Time. Stop this asinine switching back and forth. Of course, one of the reasons I love Arizona so much is that the entire state opted out. We stay on Mountain Standard Time 365. All I know right now is i'm exhausted, sick, in pain and NOW I've got jetlag! My circadian rhythm is f-ed up enough as it is. I don't need to add anymore to it's dysfunction. solacematt
I hate this. So we're losing sleep right?
NeoConMan
Losing sleep is right. Don't be late for work tomorrow. My circadian rhythm is f-ed up enough as it is. I don't need to add anymore to it's dysfunction. Tell me about it. I've worked 12 hour rotating shifts for years....
solacematt
I'm more worried about being up earlier than usual. It's 2:34 right now, gotta be up at 7 for a 45 min drive to go see a dentist at 8:30. ::shudders::
MikeRom
I hate this. So we're losing sleep right? No gaining an hour. But you've probably figured that out by now ...
grampa
I celebrated the lengthening of the afternoon daylight by smoking a $25 cigar and having one extra beer with dinner. Yippee!
RudyH
It's great to have the extra hour of daylight at the end of the day.
NeoConMan
So you guys agree with my plan? Good! Cuz when I'm President, there' gonna be a lot of changes made like that. I'll bring about the return of logic in government. :-)
Californiaman
I hate getting used to waking up at dawn and then suddenly, dawn is gone. I'd rather stay on daylight savings time permanently.
Swmcv2007
I was an hour late for work this morning.
Howlin4Hubert
Don't know what we were thinking but we decided to start the process of getting our little one, he's 14 weeks old, to sleep in his own bed this weekend. We knew it would mean a lot of crying and less sleep than normal but we forgot about DST and losing an hour Man are we tired today :- I feel bad for the computer users I support, my brain is still in bed asleep. James Allen
EVERY SINGLE TIME we change the time my 7 year old son becomes POSSESSED by evil spirits! Anybody know a priest?
Boston004681
I hate it. It messes up the kids' schedules. For some reason, in my school, none of the clocks are right. Daylight-Savings makes it worse, but the extra hour in the afternoon in nice.

Its weird for a day or two. But as it usually gets dark around 5:30 here, this makes it get dark at 6:30 instead. And as the daylight increases we end up having light until around 9:20 at night. I could live without Daylight Savings Time, but I like it better with it.
