Northern Guitar
No sound when I plug in my Epiphone Hummingbird. The input jack on the guitar is loose. Is this a wiring issue on the jack or something deeper in the guitar?
QuestionMark
First thing to try is changing the battery. Also check the cord from the amp to the guitar. Hand tighten the loose nut on the guitar, but that’s not likely any issue. If you’re not familiar with checking the wiring inside the guitar, I suggest bringing the guitar to an authorized Epiphone repairperson (contact Epiphone Customer Service for one close by) or contact the instrument’s seller if it is a music store. You could also contact a Sam Ash Music or a Guitar Center if nothing else. Hope this helps. QM aka “Jazzman” Jeff
Northern Guitar
When I plug the the cord in, I get the power sound on the system. I know there has been problems for others having to do with the ground under, I think, the saddle pick up (?). I will try your suggestions. Probably best to take it to the authorized Epiphone repair. Thanks.
