1979 Kramer DMZ 5000; Looking for input from Veterans

Hello everyone. I'm new here, I hope this is an appropriate post & in the appropriate spot.

I own a very beautiful vintage 1979 Kramer DMZ 5000 Bass Guitar with its original tan Kramer hard shell case & tan strap. I've done a lot of research on it, but still consider myself fairly uneducated on it; especially its appraisal/price. In addition to information below, there are high definition photos of it.

The serial number is 05736 and it's made in the USA. It works perfectly and, as far as I know, all of the electronics and all of the parts for that matter are the original factory parts.

Does anyone have any insight into what this bass is realistically worth? Reverb has one at $700 and another at $2250...so, yeah. Thanks I guess.

Taking into consideration that it really is in very, very good condition (played under 10 times in the 9 years I've owned it), has all original parts (I think), is the upgraded version of the '79 DMZ 5000 (the fretboard inlays are an example of this) & has its original hard shell case? Alas, the one downside is I am not the original or first owner (obviously)

Pictures are attached, I really appreciate any advice. Thanks!
