Ha Murph... I like it too. I think it would be amazing.

But I do not have a plan. Mike Tyson said of plans : everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.

One of my all time greatest quotes.

I use it often.

The Takamine...  Is extremely responsive.  Delicate even. And bill is right, if you are a heavy strummer you will Willy up the top.

When I play it with a pick, or hybrid, at low to mid volume it sounds fantastic. If I play harder it breaks up a little.... it almost sounds like natural distortion. By the way it’s a pleasing sound too.

to close it out, I am pretty sure a cedar J45 would be a great Sal guitar.

I have a Zager ZAD80CE cedar top with rosewood back and sides. this guitar is awesome . sounds and plays better than my friends Martin D-18. when ever he comes over he can't keep his hands off of it. I have owned this guitar for 12 yrs and it just keeps getting better. next to my 2 Gibsons, a J45 standard and a J185 maple it holds its own.
