White Dingo Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Maybe I'm missing something, but how does one raise the neck "sidewinder" pickup on a Les Paul Futura guitar? There seems to be no height movement/adjustment available in this pickup? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks. Quote
jdgm Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 If it is the P90 type, there are 2 screws in between the pickup magnet screws - if you see what I mean. I think the amount of adjustment is limited. Good luck! Quote

Given the number of replies, the Futura must've been a big hit for Gibson 😕 Quote

Also the fit of the P90 in the cavity is frequently too tight, specially with a sculpted top. You may need to carefully lift it up and see if it gets springy, or take it out to see whats wrong.
