Mr. Gibson Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 https://imgur.com/a/g5NdJRF sorry, It's a 57 custom Pro amp from Fender, 28 watts with a 15 inch speaker. Either electric or acoustic electric sound phenomenal. I'm very pleased with this one, expensive at 2500.00,but with membership points and 15% off it was around 2000.00. Plus at double points,(16%) I can use that towards another purchase. 2 Quote

badbluesplayer Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 Nice. I'm making a slightly modded Tweed Pro 1x15 right now. Like that one with a few differences in the circuitry. Have fun!! 2 Quote

jdgm Posted December 20, 2019 Posted December 20, 2019 That's what I should be thinking about - amp with a 15" speaker, or perhaps just a 15" cab. Very nice indeed. Happy Xmas. 1 Quote
Marky Forrest Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 Outstanding! Congratulations! 1 Quote
mihcmac Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 (edited) Congratulations on your new Amp... I have heard that the new generation of tube amps sound great, but do you lose anything when you use external digital effects? Edited December 22, 2019 by mihcmac 1 Quote
saturn Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 Nice. Congratz. But such an amp deserves a better photo. I thought it was a Peavey. 1 Quote
Murph Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 Is it hand wired, point to point, in U.S.A. ? It should be for those dollars. In which case it's pretty sweet. I had a Holland amp for a minute around 1998, but let it slip away. 1 Quote
merciful-evans Posted December 22, 2019 Posted December 22, 2019 congrats. Sounds like something I should've known about. Would love to hear it. 1 Quote

That's the old generation of tube amps and, yes, effects make it sound like a three hundred dollar amp. Edit - actually, digital time effects are o.k. with tube amps. Reverbs & delays. Boost pedals are o.k. Distortion/drive pedals are bad. Edited December 24, 2019 by badbluesplayer Quote

Hmm I mostly use an RK5 pedal and need to retire my Deluxe 90, perhaps I should offer 300 for the Blues Deluxe.. Most of the time i just use my Rolands, easier to cary around. Oh hope you are having a great Christmas.. Edited December 25, 2019 by mihcmac Quote
