milod
Uhhhh..... from old age, I guess just Les Paul. Heck, most in my age group have played lot of different guitars over the years. I don't have 'em all, but figure I'm not alone when I say I've played a whole load of classical and 12-string boxes with various "brand names" on them, Gibson, Rickenbacker, Guild, Gretsch, Ovation, Martin, Hagstrom, Fender (only bass more than once <grin>), Epiphone, Ibanez, Washburn (from the 20s-30s, never figured which, and modern)... RichCI
http://www.zzounds.com/a--2677073/cat--Guitars-Amps-and-Effects--2543 zZounds is where I buy all my gear. Good prices and very reliable. I find Zzounds to be average in the pricing department. I like to buy from Sweetwater as they offer free shipping and have the absolute best customer service I have ever encountered from an online retailer of any type. kursal
I'd have to go with Slash as well. I knew of him well before I had even heard of Les Paul. He was the one with the cool looking guitar. I'm sure that's why I wanted one.

kubog
Slash. I think he is using it (almost) all the time, even on recordings, live shows (ok double neck on one two songs). But when I saw Slash I was like : "Man I must have that guitar"
Thundergod
I gotta admit the first time I got atracted to a les paul was when I saw slash playing one in one of the early videos (I think it was sweet child o' mine). Up till then I liked 80s shredding guitars.
LPguitarman
Alex Lifeson from the All The World's A Stage inside cover pictures got me into Les Pauls. Aside from that, it has to be Jimmy Page.
