Ian Johnston Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 I purchased my EJ-200 sce back in November and haven’t had any problems with it until now. I’ve noticed that when strum or play a single string, the nanomag pickup at the end of the fretboard vibrates and clicks against the top of the guitar. It has rendered the nanomag pickup almost useless because the vibrating and clicking is all you hear through the pickup. When I push the pickup back against the adhesive, it will stop for a couple of minutes and then it will start again. I want to put a small piece of electrical tape between the pickup and the guitar itself in hopes of stopping the vibration but I’m apprehensive of doing so for fear of possible messing something up.
