RoyC Posted May 27, 2020 Author Share Posted May 27, 2020 I e-mailed Gibson to ask them what the screw size was. They said that they would send me a new screw free of charge. As promised, a new screw arrived today, together with a complete titanium nut assembly. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
