Let me try to explain in a way you can understand.

1. There is civil unrest/protesting

2. The police are pulled from their regular duties to be on-site at those protests.

3. The lack of police presence where there are no protests creates a vacuum. Criminals of all colors know the police won't respond or will be slow to respond to break-ins.  Thus looting.  It happens during major power outages too.  Assimg that the people protesting right now are also the ones looting is a shortcut to thinking.  Sorry if the term "redneck" hits a little close to home for you.

"Let me try to explain in a way even you can understand."   Crass.

racism is not allways just the headlines, we should be aware of the "lurking" nature of the problem as well,- black lives matter- and Gibson seems to take note so kudos to them for the effort

It means there is a "hidden" aspect to racism.  Example: discrimination in hiring practices.

Discrimination based on race has been ILLEGAL for decades in this country Ghost.  Google The Civil Rights Act of 1964.  And, there were things like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Quotas, etc. which ensured a quick implementation.  And it covered much more than just 'employment'.

Where's KSD. Shut this down.

forum cop ?  leave the topic if you object-  ending racism was the subject    ( hard to keep focus for some it seems ..). but racism exists,  its wrong, and it should be fought and spoken of here on the forum  as Gibson broached the subject with emailed letters.

Why don't you guys PM each other and fukin argue with each other.

You two guys aren't going to end racism arguing about it on a guitar forum let's get serious.
