When will my new ES-335 arrive?

Hello,

In May I ordered a ES-335 from Gear4music with an estimated delivery in the beginning of June. The estimated delivery has since then been delayed a couple of times and the latest thing I heard from G4M is that I probably will get the guitar in the beginning of August.

Though, when I visit their website they now communicate November as estimated delivery date for new orders.

I understand, and have respect, this is because of Covid-19 and the shutdown earlier this Spring. But the communication is really poor from both Gibson and G4M. 

When do you think my ES-335 Satin Vintage Burst will arrive?

I received an email from Sweetwater today (July 3rd), saying that ES-335 Satins are finally in stock and available for immediate shipping. They also said to hurry up with orders, or they'll run out soon. 

I got the feeling, that Sweetwater is some kinduva prime dealer, going the extra length for the most important thing when running a business: happy returning customers. 😎

Just checked the site. Delivery estimates are based on 'suppliers normal delivery time scales'. 

Currently your model is: Available for order 22nd - 29th August

I ordered a new USA Casino back in Dec.. Supposed to have been mid June also.. As of now Sweetwater has no word when to expect them...

Yes. Sweetwater is a high Volume Dealer & does get preference & Special limited Editions...
