Impellios Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 I'm new to Epiphone's coil-splitting volume pots so I don't know if this is normal... I bought a new Les Paul Classic. When I turn the neck volume up to 9 or 10 the volume will drop back down to around 7.5-8. I know the pot is damaged because the shaft is bent & the knob is slightly tilted. It had to happen either in China or Tennessee as there was no damage to the packaging. Yes, I've contacted Customer Service but I'm still waiting for them to get to my email. So just to be clear, this shouldn't happen... or should it for some weird reason? Like I said, I'm new to push-pulls. Thanks for any help. Quote
kidblast Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 I agree with you, it doesn't sound quite right to me either. Quote
Impellios Posted July 14, 2020 Author Posted July 14, 2020 Thanks for the reply. They are going to send me a new pot. Soon my neighbors will get to enjoy this guitar's full potential. 😈 Quote
