rjay777
Looks like a genuine standard to me. Post more pics if you can, and with the headstock. Beautiful burst.
T50
I'm no expert, but... The saddle is not the Gibson type... right? I'd say it's a copy.
AXE®
I'd say copy because of the spacing between the T.O.M and the P'Up. Crap, I was trying to embed a video ... Any help there ?
flyingarmadillo
Nice catch on the saddle, it looks just like the one on my Epi Casino.
TheLiveSoundGuy
Would like to see better pic, but I would say crap just based on the sloppy paint around the binding. Better photos could prove me wrong on that.
led floyd9
Something's telling me it's an Epiphone. I don't know why, but that's my natural instinct. But a better angle would be nice.
Gibson CS
the washer around the toggle switch is NOT from a gibson the letters are bold and black, dead give away
GuitarJunkie
Fake. The slotted adjustment screws for the bridge are a dead giveaway.

sycephant
Looks like my epiphone. I'm saying Epi.
Thundergod
the tune-o-matic bridge looks like an epiphone or an old fake (could be months or yeras, ive seen a couple of fakes now with the correct TOM bridges), the pickup rings are more like epiphone than gibson. Can you post more pics... maybe the headstock.
dslyecix
Yeah guys, it's my Epiphone LP Standard :P. Really good job though, especially those you guessed an Epi specifically, I'm very impressed :P. And the paint's not sloppy, just photobucket resized my pictures and so that stuff came out a little jaggy.
TheLiveSoundGuy
Didn't mean to imply anything other than what I could see in the photo. Good Test though! And it does have a nice flame to it.

dslyecix
Hehe, it does have a pretty nice flame to it... my dad got it from a friend for me, so I didn't really have an say in it... but that's alright, I'll save that for when I can afford to go out and get a true Gibby sometime (aka after University). Thundergod
is it a epi lp standard? how does it sound and feel? past week the guitarist of a band that was recording in my studio came with an epi lp standard, it sounded very well, very good tone, and he said it was all original, no mods. dslyecix
Well Im only 19, and the only guitar I've owned previously was some Barracuda strat copy probably purchased at Walmart :P. Basically, I can't really say with much conviction but it does sound sweet, a very nice sound, and miles better then my old one. It feels great to me, so yeah, I'm happy with it :P.
