Epiphone T-310 Tele pricing

Hi! So I just finished rehabbing this 1993 Epiphone T-310, the "Tele-phone" (LOL) and am about to list her for sale, but I'm seeing pricing all over the map for these. On Reverb they seem to vary wildly -- two currently for sale, one for $600 and one for $350. Locally I saw one for sale for $325. All of those figures seem high to me. I've also seen chatter on boards with people picking them up for under $150.

It turned out great. it's a '93, with Grover tuners. I replaced the bridge assembly, pots, switch, nut and pickguard, cleaned it up, gave it a good setup. Pickups are Artec Giovanni Noiseless Alnico 5s, and they sound great. You can't see it in this pic, but it has the hockey stick headstock.

It's such an unusual axe, it's hard to spot a trend. What's a fair price?

That's a $100 guitar tops, better get rid of it, where you located! 

It looks great, you did a fine job. I would ask a fair price, don't give it away. $600 seems high, $150 seems a little low. Any extras involved?  I'd say a fair price would be $175-$225.
