Hey all, I’m hoping someone might be able to help me. I’ve got a Challenger II that I want to upgrade with some newer pickups. The problem is, Gibson used slightly larger humbuckers with three screws for the stock pups. This makes it a little hard to stabilize the replacement pups, as there is about a 1/8” gap around the whole thing,  causing it to rock top to bottom.

I need to figure out how to overcome this, but I’m hitting a wall. Since the Challenger line isn’t that common, I can’t find anything online anywhere that is potentially helpful (other than a post in the Introduce Yourself forum here from 2018).  Any thoughts would be appreciated.
