Sgt. Pepper Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 This came today on 3 Blue Ray discs. You can play it in normal stereo or in 5.1 surround sound. It has the 4 shows that were taped for the original album and the very last show when they closed the Fillmore East in June '71. I know it has been released on just CD format as well. 1 Quote

Sgt. Pepper Posted September 9, 2020 Author Posted September 9, 2020 (edited) Just audio. It has a picture slide show that it goes through while it plays. I totally forgot The Beatles had 6 members and one was African American. Edited September 9, 2020 by Sgt. Pepper Quote
merciful-evans Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 5 shows! 👌 I should still have the old vinyl double album at my old house somewhere. Whipping Post was a favourite. ...oh, and Rocky Raccoon too. Quote

I believe they played June 25 and 26, but they are not on the set or maybe not recorded. Songs from March shows is what became the classic live album. How they pulled off A Day In The Life without an orchestra is beyond me. Edited September 10, 2020 by Sgt. Pepper Quote

Sgt. Pepper Posted September 11, 2020 Author Posted September 11, 2020 (edited) This came today its not a blue ray, but a dual disc. One side is a normal CD and the other is a DVD. The DVD side has the album in 5.1 surround sound and extras like videos and its f-in Richard Thompson. Edited September 11, 2020 by Sgt. Pepper 1 Quote
