asmith9509
I voted for Linseed oil because I have used it to good effect, but I use bore oil now. The key is to not do it to often (every several years?), and to use very little of the oil.
Murph
Update. I used it (Gibson Fretboard Conditioner) on her new '08 Les Paul Fireburst Studio last weekend. It darkened the heck out of it. Plays great, ect., but..... I'm holding off using it on my ES-339 because of that. I'm gonna see what a few weeks does. I'm sure the wood needed it in her case. My 339 doesn't "look" as dry. Thanks to all. Murph.
