60th Anniv. 1960 v. 1

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I just bought a new 2020 60th anniv. 1960 v1 from an authorized Gibson dealer.  I was very surprised to see I received serial number 0 0008.  Is this as big a deal as I think it is for future value and collecting? Thanks in advance.  This is my first really high end guitar so I am a bit of a newbie to the collecting side of things.

That's a beautiful chicken. The guitar is nice too.  But where does the spoon fit in with all of this??

Chicken? I had to go back to find the chicken! Ah, I missed it. I'm near sighted. I was checking out the beautiful Gibson, Who cares about the house keeping? Lol.

I hope that's not Creamora, that stuff will make your testicles atrophy and drop off.  The chicken will eat them before you can blink.

Beautiful Les Paul and that foam block in the case looks like a new addition.

Wow, that is a beauty -  Congrats and enjoy!  The serial number either means that they've only sold 8 of those so far, or it was the 8th one they made that day - not sure how Custom Shop serial number work these days.
