You never know what's going on inside its head, or whether it was loved as a child. Freud would like want to know if it was breast-fed or held enough by its mother. Anyway. sparquelito Posted March 16, 2021 Author Share Posted March 16, 2021 (edited) Okay, so here's the deal; For many weeks I would open up this web forum, and down there in the Forum Feedback section would be this prominently-displayed thread at the top of the heap, Forum Is Unusable. And then so followed a lot of tit-for-tat about how the Gibson Forums would not display correctly on somebody's smart phone. (I don't do internet or web forums on a phone, quite personally. Only on my home computer, and only before or after work.) So this was a foreign concept to me. Anyway. The other day I logged in and glanced at Forum Is Unusable, and it looked like Forum Is UNUSUAL. It was just a passing visual illusion, right? And I laughed out loud. And so I posted this absurd thread, hoping to inspire some conversation. Like many of my ideas over the years, (the ironing board, steam iron grilled cheese sandwich, for instance) it fell flat. But Rome wasn't built in a day, and you can't bake a cake what you don't break some eggs.
