guitar_randy
I had my sg standard set up so nice.It played great,no fret buzz. Now today, out of the blue ,fret buzz is back again.Must be from the humidity or something.I loosened the trus rod adjustment about one 8th of a turn.See how it is tommorow morning.Usually ,my guitars don't do that
80LPC
Are you sure this is fret buzz ? Sometimes a pickup, mounting ring or scratchplate will develop a random buzz on certain notes. If it really is string buzz, is it on one string or all ? If fret buzz appears quickly, I suspect string(s) for damage - sometimes an accidental knock that presses a string against the fretboard can put a kink in the string. Also, it's possible that a fret has sprung up. It's worth trying a fresh set of strings also.
sgTime
Was the selector switch in the middle position (and more importantly were you playing it through the amp?) If it was in the middle position and you werent playing through the amp, that mightve been it. (Those basterds kinda wiggle around in the middle position, lol)

sgTime
Damn, the truss rod adjustment should do it. Did you guys have your first big storm in a while? Down here we had about 2 days of rain and that drove the humidity to hell.

Murph
I like a high action. I can dig in. I've never had fret buzz in my life. Best of luck. Murph.
