Twang Gang Posted May 17, 2021 Share Posted May 17, 2021 Been looking for a rosewood/spruce dread with a short scale and someone here suggested the Gibson J-29. It's a model that was only made for a few years (2014-2016, maybe 2017) but I was able to find one for sale about an hour away from me. I wouldn't buy a used guitar without seeing it and playing it so was lucky. After some delays due to gasoline shortages I drove up yesterday, checked out the guitar and bought it.
