I can't see it very clearly in your photo), I would call it a fake. Dirty business here. If you bought it thinking it was a Gibson, you really need to educate yourself before buying any more Gibsons. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but this one is really obvious. A bolt-on neck (!) is the most obvious red flag, but if you know Gibsons and if you know how this Gibson model is supposed to look, nothing on this guitar is "right".
