PeteMarko
I wonder if someone can tell me exactly what the guitar being played in this Youtube video is? A 335 or?
SteveFord
Looks like an ES-339 figured with Bigsby.

SteveFord
Yep. I don't know much about the 339 series but it looks like it was a running Custom Shop thing with all sorts of varients.

moosesyr
Possibly a 336. Don't know if they are bound on the back though. Edited November 30, 2021 by moosesyr
Twang Gang
Having owned a 336 and now a 356 I'd say that is definitely a 336. They don't come stock with a Bigsby, but anyone can add one. Believe that would be the tangerine burst. The tone is 336 which is carved from a solid block of mahogany as opposed to a 339 which is the maple/poplar/maple sandwich. Gibson doesn't make them all the time so they are pretty hard to find.
