ioginy Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Hey all. I've heard that you can patch between input 2 on channel one and input 1 on channel two to give an amp a little more volume control. I tried it and found that it only worked when I was plugged into channel 2 and patched from the line2 to the line 1 on channel 1. All other combinations did nothing. I guess the line combination is besides the point, my real question is; what is actually going on when you patch the channels? It doesn't give it more power, though it does allow the amp to be louder without it breaking up aas quickly. any thoughts on this would be really cool!
