Nashville. Pretty certain, though Memphis may have built some custom shop (they mainly made hollowbodys).

Kalamazoo closed in the 80s.

The 0 at the beginning denotes a 1960 reissue. A 68 reissue doesn't really make sense, unless it was a deluxe with mini humbuckers but it does look like they made 68 reissue custom with full size humbuckers. I don't know what they did with those serial numbers becuase an 8 at the beginning would be taken as a 58 reissue.
