Probably should have put this in an Epiphone Forum, but oh well.

The Twelfth Fret Music store here in Toronto has this guitar for sale.  Sale price is $3,750.00 CDN.

For any who are interested, here is the link: https://www.12fret.com/instruments/epiphone-ft27-steel-string-sunburst-1937/

I have no affiliation with either the store or the guitar's owner, and only post this as a courtesy to the members here.

Is that 25 USD? If so I’m in.

Epiphone offered two versions of the FT27 with different body sizes.  They were Epi's entry level flattops,    I did own an 00 size FT27 back in the 1970s.  Found it in a local shop for sale.  Had no idea as to the year it was built through as such details were pretty much impossible to figure out.  It was cheap enough that I was able to buy a late-1950s Gibson LG1 the same day.  My girlfriend at the time was an amazing fingerpicker so I gave her the choice of either guitar.  She went for the Gibson.  Other than that, I do not recall a thing about that Epi.  I would actually have to play the guitar before deciding if I was ready to revisit it.  Plus I still own a 1956 Epi FT-79.  That one has done me just fine for a lot of years.

Are you allowed to do that?  He does play Collings guitars. 😜

Collings are super nice. Played one in Carter’s. I don’t have Collings type money. I barely have used Martin type money. I don’t hate Gibson guitars per se. I hate the rich a holes that have been the last two CEOs, and their sound has no appeal to me. Like Martins have no appeal to many here.
