Traeger Ironwood Grills | Traeger Grills Have only used it three times. 1; 2 whole chickens. Fantastic 2; 3 racks of baby back ribs. Outstanding 6 hour smoke. 3; Chicken leg quarters. Yum Next up. Brisket, this looks to be 8/10/12 hour deal. This machine has an auger that will self feed, keeping the temperature while you sleep, if you want.
