jaxson50
Quote A Florida man is on the run from law enforcement after allegedly purchasing 11 Gibson Les Paul electric guitars and a selection of other music equipment using an elderly woman's credit card. According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, 49-year-old Mystery Shiloh Demarest was given access to the 78-year-old woman's credit card to buy groceries after he moved into her house to care for her sick husband. Police say just days after Demarest obtained the credit card, large packages started being delivered to the house. Demarest blamed the purchases on his girlfriend, vowing to return them and correct the mistake, though he never did. What a punk!

RBSinTo
Jaxson50, Hey, it could have been much worse. The guy could have tried to purchase the complete set of j-45 variants. Imagine how much that would have cost! RBSinTo
Twang Gang
Seems weird to rip someone off to buy guitars and then put them in a storage locker? At least he was getting good prices on the equipment, 11 LPs a drum set and some other stuff for about $17K - cheap by todays standards.
fortyearspickn
Sad that she didn't have family or friends or church members to help her out so she didn't have to resort to letting what I'm guessing is an ex-con into her home.
Whitefang
Well 40, if he ain't an ex-con he will be in about 10 to 15. And really? "Mystery"? Who names their kid that? Maybe at the time the gender wasn't certain... ...or the daddy? Only guessing..... Whitefang

Sgt. Pepper
Giving guitar players a bad name, yet keeping thieves just where we though they were. The neck tat was the first sign this was a trustworthy person to give your credit card to.
CNJ
The police need to put him a room with the elderly couples relatives and go out for lunch. "We'll be back from lunch in about four hours, You guys keep an eye on him for us" Hope the Dbag get what's coming.
