Flight959
Gibson seems to sell official Gibson parts through their authorised dealers... Here in the UK anyway.. Regards Flight959

TinFish
It doesn't appear that L&M has made it's way to Quebec. http://www.long-mcquade.com/?page=locations

daveinspain
What are you looking for? Have you tried www.allparts.com or www.rsguitarworks.com?
TinFish
As far as I know you can't actually buy stuff from Gibson's website. I would try Musicians friend (Can). http://www.musiciansfriend.com/canada Or get a local Gibson dealer to order them in for you. I have found Gibson's websites to always be a little sketchy.
