merciful-evans Posted July 26, 2022 Posted July 26, 2022 Why not make one? It should be easy enough to fashion. You can get the material at Stewmac. https://www.stewmac.com/search/?q=scratchplate Quote
Whitefang Posted July 26, 2022 Posted July 26, 2022 Wow. That tiny bridge spatula costs more than most of the pick guards. Whitefang Quote

davieM Posted July 27, 2022 Author Posted July 27, 2022 thanks all for your help, i am thinking that i will just need to make one myself from a blank piece of white plastic, ebay ones are pretty shite copies and even the original black ones that i can find are well over priced. probably twice if not more than a scratchplate, even buying a bit of plastic seems silly because i will only use a about 5% that! however if i want it to look like it was then that's what i will need to do. perhaps i will just use a black guard and tenon cover as they do look pretty cool on the new black custom shop sg as mine also has two humbuckers and black.
