I’m about to inherit a guitar, but i don’t really know about the quality. The guy said he got it for 30$ from another guy that got it for 60$. Now hes giving it away free

do you guys think its a bad idea? Maybe its better to buy one

It's probably firewood, but free firewood.  Hang it on a wall.

If you are a decent player, buy a good guitar.  If you're a beginner, buy a student model commensurate with your finances.

No one here can have an opinion on mystery guitars.  We share pics and specs.

Thank you, I added a picture of it. What do you think

It's a free copy of a Stratocaster.
And it looks pretty good.

Get it, have somebody who knows what they are doing do a set-up and re-stringing on it, and play the heck out of it!!

If you live near Harvest, Alabama, I volunteer to do the set-up job for free.

Yeah. Give it a go...  Most likley it wont have great sounding pickups but you never know.

Also on cheaper guitars you tend to get poor fretwork and cheap electronics which go wrong very quickly..

In saying all that. You never know, it might be very playable.. I have played cheap Squire strats that wernt bad at all.

Thanks man that’s so generous.

However I happen to live in Sweden 😅

Deck wood or maybe the walking plank for that sweet ship you all are saving.

Not much to say about the guitar but that ship is cool.

I have not heard of this guitar, but found this on Reverb. Its got a price sticker on like the OPs too.

£48 + £320 shipping (Seaton is about 115 miles from me) 2 year old listing

bent neck (and bent seller).

'Overland' is also supposed to be a range from Orangewood.

Well, that is a bit far for me to travel.

But I'm sure there are some local guitar guys who would LOVE to do a set-up and restringing for you.

Want me to advertise and find some for  you?
I'm a pretty good internet finder.
